▪️ Analog system will have a little fizzing (wind noise from speakers) The hearing impaired will not hear.
▪️ Digital system can open louder no speaker sound The sound is clearer than the analog system.
▪️ Sound clarity depends on the residual auditory nerve of each patient.
▪️ Wearing a hearing aid does not affect the treatment or make the patient's hearing loss disappear.
▪️ How to fix the howling sound is in the attached Thai manual.
▪️ All hearing aids will turn on, the louder the sound will be.

📑 Hearing Aid Quality Assurance
Before sending, we would like to ask you to ensure that The shop has already checked that the machine is in a ready-to-use state.
The insurance conditions are as follows:
1. Replace the new device for 30 days and send it for repair abroad within 1 year without charge, it takes 1-3 months.
2. Warranty against faults from the manufacturer only. The shop will check it before sending.
3. If the machine is not damaged can't claim (no satisfaction guarantee)
4. The analog system will have normal speaker sound. but if unable to hear speech, can claim insurance
5. If the machine has a howling sound, it cannot be corrected according to the manual. Can claim insurance
6. These cases are outside the insurance conditions (no claim).
· The device has been dropped. The machine has a crack.
The device is exposed to water, moisture, sweat, rust.
· The machine is heated. Store in a sunny place
· Abnormal operation of the machine did not follow the Thai manual that was attached
· The battery is not adjusted as recommended by the manual. for charging model
7. Shipping costs when claiming
· Machine broken within 7 days, the shop will pay the customer's return shipping fee. and pay the shipping back to the customer
· If the machine is broken within 30 days, the customer will pay the return shipping fee. and the shop pays the shipping back to the customer
· If the machine is broken after 30 days The customer pays the return shipping to the store and the return shipping to the customer.
